1. Safe Harbor and Service Provider Status
SoftwareBypass operates as an online service provider and information directory.
- No Hosting Policy: We do not host, store, or transmit copyrighted media, commercial software, or protected files on our physical servers.
- Linking Entity: Our platform acts as a directory of technical solutions. We provide informational links to content already available on the public web (e.g., cloud storage, external websites). SoftwareBypass has no control over the content hosted on those external platforms.
2. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance
This policy is intended to implement the procedures set forth in 17 U.S.C. Section 512 and the DMCA for the reporting of alleged copyright infringement. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA.
3. Notice of Copyright Infringement (Takedown Request)
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent, and you believe that any material or link on our website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notification. To be valid, your DMCA Notice must include:

5. Expedited Action and Removal
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, SoftwareBypass will:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing link or material.
- Notify the content provider or user (if applicable) regarding the removal.
- Maintain a record of the claim for legal verification.
6. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice. This must include your signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by error.
7. Liability for Material Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. Do not submit false claims.
8. Repeat Infringer Policy
SoftwareBypass maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, VIP memberships, or access for any user who is found to repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of others.
9. Fair Use and Educational Intent
Some content on this site (e.g., technical “tricks,” scripts, or software analysis) is shared for educational, research, and testing purposes under the doctrine of Fair Use. We evaluate all notices carefully but will respect legitimate rights holders’ requests.
10. Limitation of Liability
SoftwareBypass shall not be held liable for third-party content, external links, or user-generated content. By providing this reporting channel, we fulfill our obligations as an intermediary under “Safe Harbor” protections.
